Band Identity
Hucklebuck worked with 24idaho back around 2002 while part of The Former Factory Design Company. The music of 24idaho is rooted in a bygone era that wreaks of originality and American Rock. Hucklebuck created a set of logotypes that visually reference the idea of vintage while giving it a modern interpretation. The guys were happy and these are still some of my favorite pieces of type in the portfolio.

Self Titled LP
Designing the packaging for the 2002 self titled 24idaho lp was good fun. All of the photography was shot by good friend, Corey Roach on the roof of the Former Factory HQ building in Columbus. Carrying over the idea of using traditional graphic devices to reference something a bit more classical and incorporating the modern photography idea makes this package a visual representation of their music. A modern play on tradition.

GOODBYE SINGLE
"Ok, we're waiting for the LP to be completed and need something with our music to hand out at an upcoming festival. We don't have a huge budget but want something fresh and interesting to get us by." This was the preface to the project. We met that challenge by creating a custom label that could be simply xeroxed, trimmed down and applied to a blank CD sleeve. The disc was screen printed and duplicated traditionally.
